With her condition, we have received calls before -- but this one was different. The consensus from her nurses and caregivers was that she was dying. <br/><br/>For those that know us well, know that Lori's mother has fought multiple sclerosis courageously for nearly 35 years.<br/><br/>Lori immediately took a flight to Oklahoma and has been there all week. <br/><br/>Her mother's condition has deteriorated badly to where it looks like she only has a couple of days left. I will be headed up tomorrow morning.<br/><br/>On the flip side, we welcomed a new niece this week, Madelyn Claire Feierabend. My brother, Jason, and his wife, Lindsey called with the good news early Wednesday morning.<br/><br/>The circle of life.
